To maintain a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere, we exclusively rent on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis to family groups only. Regrettably, pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the unit, on balconies, or within the condo premises.

  Great location on the oceanfront. Clean unit. Condo is beautifully decorated and recently renovated. We all enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. Property Manager was very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this condo!
