Updated 2 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo located on the Boardwalk on 36th Street with outdoor pool! Water views from the Living area and Master Bedroom! Watch the dolphins from the Oceanfront Balcony.

This condo building has an outdoor inground pool, coin operated laundry facility on each floor and Wi-Fi throughout the whole building.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. We furnish the comforters/bed spreads, mattress pads, pillows, blankets and linens.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR PROPERTIES RENT FOR A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

  The condo was perfectly located and very clean. The patio was a little small only able to have 2 people on there at a time-even though 5 people can stay at the condo. The master bed was horrible-old/soft/lumpy-we actually stayed in the second bedroom-beds were better in there. We love the area and may consider renting one of these units again.

  Nicely updated and equipped condo right on beach and boardwalk and within walking distance of stores, restaurants, etc. Of course, noise can be an issue (jets, work on nearby units, dogs barking on boardwalk, etc)...life is always a balance. Margie (BHS rep) was great!
