This condo building has an outdoor inground pool, coin operated laundry facility on each floor and Wi-Fi throughout the whole building.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. We furnish the comforters/bed spreads, mattress pads, pillows, blankets and linens.

  Loved the awesome view & location for this bright, clean condo. The management staff could not have been nicer, nor more responsive. Took advantage of multiple restaurants within walking distance for breakfast, lunch, dinner & drinks, took long walks on the boardwalk daily, enjoyed sunrise from the balcony, hung out on the beach & even enjoyed eating in because the view is so gorgeous. Hated to leave & would definitely stay here again!

  Our family of 5 recently stayed in this condo at Edgewater. Per the description, the condo was nicely updated. The kitchen was fully equipped with all gadgets/utensils, etc., comfortable beds, and overall very clean. Most basic cleaning supplies were already at the condo as well as beach toys and 2 beach chairs even though we brought our own of all the above.
  The location is perfect. It is located at the north end of the boardwalk that seems less busy and the beach was not as crowded as other areas. Perfect walking distance to great restaurants (we’re still talking about how great Las Palmas was!) as well as quick dining options and just minutes from groceries stores and Target. The building as a whole was also very nice. Helpful building attendants in the lobby, a private outdoor shower, and a nice pool area. Beach access from the boardwalk is directly out front of the building which is very nice for any families carrying toys, chairs, etc.
  Communication with the host was fairly easy as well as the check in and check out process.
  Overall, we were thrilled with our stay and will definitely book again for future summer vacations!

  The condo was perfectly located and very clean. The patio was a little small only able to have 2 people on there at a time-even though 5 people can stay at the condo. The master bed was horrible-old/soft/lumpy-we actually stayed in the second bedroom-beds were better in there. We love the area and may consider renting one of these units again.

  Nicely updated and equipped condo right on beach and boardwalk and within walking distance of stores, restaurants, etc. Of course, noise can be an issue (jets, work on nearby units, dogs barking on boardwalk, etc)...life is always a balance. Margie (BHS rep) was great!
