Nestled in the heart of the resort area it is just a few feet from the beach and boardwalk, with restaurants, shops, a fishing pier, and park conveniently located within walking distance.

The first 2 floors consist of the 3 bedrooms, with each bedroom having their own adjoining bathroom. There is also a large capacity stackable washer & dryer in the laundry room on the 2nd floor. This house comfortably accommodates 9 family members with a bed for everyone (no futons or sleep sofas), all with brand new mattresses. The 3rd floor living area is open and spacious where you can relax on the sectional sofa and watch TV, gather at the large dining room table, and prepare meals in the updated fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, stainless steel double door refrigerator, built-in microwave & dishwasher, along with granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats 3 people. There is also a half bathroom on this level. The spiral stair case leads to the 4th floor loft area where you will find a queen size Murphy bed, wet bar, TV, and an adjoining sun deck to admire the Ocean views from. The elevator will take you from the 1st to the 3rd floor. Wi-Fi service for Internet & TV's.

Parking for 3 cars: One car attached garage, 1 designated parking space on the premises, and 1 parking space just 1 block away.

Bedroom 1: 1st floor with 1 twin and 1 full size bed, ceiling fan, adjoining bathroom with stand up shower.
Bedroom 2: 2nd floor master bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, adjoining bathroom with a deep jetted tub, large stand up shower, and double vanity.
Bedroom 3: 2nd floor with a king bed or separate it into 2 twins, ceiling fan, TV and adjoining bathroom with a standard bathtub.
Loft: Queen size Murphy bed, foosball table, ceiling fan, TV and wet bar.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and at this complex.

  This is a great family vacation house. Very clean. Great layout with plenty of room for everyone. Great location. Short walk to the beach and Atlantic Ave where all the activities are at night. We’ve stayed in VB several times and this, by far, is the best house we’ve stayed in. We’ll be back!

  Our family had an excellent experience staying at 229 16th street. The house was immaculate and there was plenty of space for our 6 person family. Everything we needed from beach supplies to kitchen supplies was made available to us. The property manager was very responsive and kind. The location was great, easy access to beach and next to rides for kids. We were also in the heart of restaurants and shops which also made it very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
