Short distance to restaurants, bars, live music, activities, and fun. Short ride to state parks, aquarium, and other attractions. Day trip to nationally historic sites such as Jamestown, Williamsburg, Yorktown, and the Norfolk Naval Base. Eat lunch in the sun on the balcony.   This is the second year we have stayed at this property. We love everything about it. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Everything was very clean. The night before we were to arrive, we got a call from the property manager advising us of an issue with the internet. The issue didn't get resolved until Thursday. The property manager reimbursed us for one night because of this. We will most likely stay at this property again next year.

  We absolutely ADORED our time at this property!!! It was very clean and loaded with extras like paper towels, tp, dishes and silverware, pots and pans and even beach towels!! This unit is on the end of the complex and so we only had to cross two streets to get to the beach, which was lovely, well maintained and very safe. We visited the VB Aquarium and went outlet shopping, but other than that, just loved spending time around the townhouse and at the beach. The outside shower was great for keeping the sand from getting all through the house and the balconies were lovely to sit on in the evenings to have our morning coffee. I wouldn't change one thing about our stay; the house is beautiful, the area is nice, clean and safe and the people we interacted with were all very kind and inviting. I would advise anyone to stay in this property, and was very sad that I had to leave!!

  This was a clean, safe, well-maintained home in a great location. We were 2 blocks from the beach, centrally located, in a safe neighborhood. Many restaurant options were very close by. We went to Pocahontas Pancakes, Rays-Rays, Mosaic Café and Don Taylors for breakfasts and Oscars, Mannino's and Watermans for dinners. Many options for fast food, ice cream treats, bars, attractions and souvenir shops were all within easy walking distance.
  
  My family of 5 adults found this home to be comfortable and exactly as pictured. We had everything we could have wanted provided for us, except food/drinks. We especially appreciated the beach items: towels, cart, chairs, coolers and sand mat. Though we did not have children traveling with us at this time, we saw that the owners/managers thoughtfully provided baby equipment as well. Our weather was great the week we visited, but there were plenty of rainy-day activities provided: books, cable tv, and games. Not to be overlooked was the fact that 2 free parking areas were provided (we noted that parking in the area was $10-$20). All of our questions were promptly answered and communication with the managers of the property were easy.

  Both the rental property and service from Berkshire Hathaway was fantastic. Margie and her team were very responsive, helpful and flexible. The unit was spotless, very well stocked and kid friendly which we appreciated. The location is close to the beach, entertainment and has great restaurants choices within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this unit and am so happy we found this directly through Berkshire Hathaway.

  My husband and I stayed here for a week with a few family members and it was a perfect getaway for us. The condo was exactly as pictured and very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved that it was so close to the beach (less than two blocks), restaurants, and grocery/convenience stores so we could get anything we needed. The only minor issue we encountered was with the internet TV - it went out several times and we were unable to access Netflix or other channels from the bedroom TV. All in all it was a wonderful place and we would definitely recommend it to others and stay here again.
