Only two blocks south of the 24th Street Stage and the Old Coast Guard Station, Kamla Condominiums are in the heart of the Boardwalk, at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Whether soaking up the sun on the beach, people-watching on the Boardwalk, or taking in the nightlife along Atlantic Avenue, Kamla is your ideal vacation home. And if you get tired of the beach, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens Amusement Park, and Water Country USA are only one hour away.

Kamla is a privately owned, 15-unit, six-story, oceanfront condominium complex, located on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk at 22nd Street and Atlantic Avenue. Our two-bedroom/two-bath home is located in the center of the building on the fifth floor (with elevator access). A full-width balcony runs along the beach side of the condo, allowing unequaled ocean views. Sliding glass doors give access to the balcony from both the family room and master bedroom

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFF SEASON FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY FOR A MONTHLY RATE DEPENDING ON LEASE TERM!!!

  Wonderful condo with fully equipped kitchen and beautiful beach atmosphere on the inside. The view from the condo is breathtaking. You can watch the sunrise every morning from the balcony or even indoors! What a wonderful vacation.
  The parking garage is tight, so make sure you don't have a large vehicle.

  We had a great time! Our condo had all the latest amenities like a jacuzzi tub and smart TV. The condo was our home away from home for a week! Virginia Beach has a lot of fun activities going on all day and much of the night, yet none of the sounds bothered us. Our condo is very quiet! Great place to stay!

  This was a return visit for my wife and I. We stayed at this same unit previously exactly 11 years ago. We absolutely love it, so much so that we have already booked for next year. The unit is well stocked with everything you could need, from washer and dryer to kitchen appliances and utensils. The beach is kept very clean, and, with the location, people watching on the boardwalk is so much fun. We highly recommend the rental of this unit.

  Convenient check in & check. Great beach location with excellent dining options. Condo was in great condition, very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. Owner even supplied books, puzzles, games, DVDs & video games. Beautiful sunrises and dolphin watching everyday. Since it was the off-season, the location was very quiet.

  Margie's place was very nice. Comfortable furniture and pretty much any kind of kitchen pots, pans, etc.that you might need, including both a Keurig and a 12 cup coffee pot and filters!

  Kamla 502 is a very well equipt condo. It also has a great view from the large deck where we enjoyed sitting and watching the ocean and the spectacular sun rises.The condo was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and also many things to do. We visited the Aquarium and also the Art museum which we enjoyed. It was a wonderful week.

  The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family of four being that it had 2 bedrooms and two full baths. There were ample dishes and silverware. The beds were also very comfortable and the decor was very nice. The oceanfront view was fantastic! It is also in an ideal location...we walked to just about everything. We tried to steer clear of the streets on the other side because they were very busy and noisy. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. People below seemed to have a great time skateboarding and riding bikes on the boardwalk and bike path below us. We also really enjoyed the saxophone playing for a couple nights. There was also a google dot in the bedroom to play ocean sounds etc. In case you could hear excess noise below at late hours.
  The only downfall I can think of for this condo was that the water pressure from the shower in the master bath was a bit low. Also the parking in the garage at Kamla is extremely tight, but we enjoyed walking most places. Overall great experience, and Berkshire and Hathaway was very responsive.

  Great location! We saw dolphins from our balcony! Great meals at Waterman’s and The Bunker. Very secure with key pad access. Parking is a bit tight, but they definitely let you know that beforehand. The only negative that I had was that basic linens, towels and sheets are not included in the daily/weekly rate. While they do provide the rental service info (which we had no trouble renting) I would rather the daily rate be increased to cover those items! Then if they go missing, subtract it from the deposit. I rented blankets and kitchen towels only to discover they were in the condo! Also brought laundry supplies in luggage and they were also present! Otherwise no complaints!!!

  My customer service experience was great as the rental owner, Bob and the Bershire Hathaway agents were professional and easy to work with. I was pleasantly surprised with our condo rental, #502 Kamla Condo. The parking lot was gated so we felt secure. I must add that parking is tight! The condo was very comfortable and nicely outfitted with up to date furniture/appliances, and pleasantly appointed with a relaxing beach theme in every room. Speaking of room, wow! As a family, we really and truly appreciated the number of beds and amount of square footage the condo provided. The kitchen was fully stocked providing approximately 98% of everything I ever needed (exceptions were 1% my iron frying pan and 1% my favorite spatula). The beach view was awesome and then some!
  After returning home from vacation, I still miss and think about waking up in the master bedroom of 502 Kamla to the beautiful view of the ocean every morning. The location was perfect as we were close to the Virginia Beach Fishing Pier, the Princess Anne Tackle and Bait Shoppe and many other restaurants and shopping points of interest. We are very much looking forward to a return visit at some point in the not too distant future. Two thumbs up!!
