Enjoy the quiet residential setting of this four bedroom, three bathroom North End Oceanside duplex unit. The unit is north of Shore Drive in the high 80's streets, the most private and family oriented part of Virginia Beach.

This vacation rental is the front half of a side-by-side duplex. The sister property can be seen in VRBO listing #1812732. When available, both can be rented at the same time.

A short 200 foot walk leads to the boardwalk over the sand dunes to the widest and the most scenic beach in the resort area. Beach chairs, boogie boards and other assorted beach toys are provided for family enjoyment. There is an enclosed outdoor shower to use at the end of the day.

There are one king, one queen, and four twin beds in the unit. Most bedrooms have mounted TV’s and the den has a DVD hooked up to the TV. High speed internet is also available.

We provide pillows and blankets, but vacationer will need to bring sheets, pillow cases and towels or rent them locally.

The property is five minutes by car from both the resort strip and restaurant row on Shore Drive.

Ideal for families. No pets or indoor smoking allowed.

  We could not get a WiFi signal upstairs, and we had a spotty WiFi signal downstairs. This made it very difficult for my husband and I to take care of work commitments that required strong WiFi to connect to meetings and to email documents. I called BH twice about this issue. The first time I was told they needed to check with the owner. I received no call back the second time I asked got help for the WiFi issue. Basically, I felt my concern was ignored.
  
  Other things that were less-than-ideal: the fridge is too small for a 4 bedroom house. The TVs should be upgraded to Smart TVs so we can watch Netflix, Prime or other subscription services (we would pay for any movies we rented through our personal subscription).

  The entire experience was incredibly professional. Margie was delightful to deal with and despite changes in our plans, she was very accommodating. The house itself was immaculate and well equipped with the little things that made the stay easier--laundry detergent, trash bags and the like. The house was obviously well maintained even to the grill outside. One of our best rental experiences!
