Your vacation home away from home is located in the heart of the Boardwalk directly on the beach. For your convenience it is located within walking distance to a 24 hour Harris Teeter grocery store (20 minutes), numerous restaurants (5-20 minutes), Walgreens (5 minutes), Beach Bistro Movie Theaters (30 minutes), tourist attractions, amusement park, fishing pier, mini golf and souvenir shops etc (all 5-30 minute walk up and down the Boardwalk and Atlantic Ave.). Whether soaking up the sun on the beach, people watching on the Boardwalk, cycling on the adjacent bike path, or taking in the night life along Atlantic Avenue, this is your ideal vacation home. Seatack Recreation Center with indoor pool, fitness center, rock climbing wall, etc. is a 5 minute drive away (our building does not have a pool). The Virginia Beach Aquarium, Motor World (Go Karting) and Ocean Breeze Water Park are a 10 minute drive away. Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens Amusement Park, Water Country USA, Williamsburg Premium Outlets, Williamsburg Pottery Outlet and other outlet malls are 45 minutes to one hour away.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the beach side balcony while listening to the ocean surf and watching the dolphins swim up and down. If you are up early enough you will enjoy the most beautiful sunrises. There is also a west facing balcony off the second bedroom offering wonderful sunset views.

Parking is gated and covered. Please note there is a 7 foot height restriction under the covered area. You have an assigned space which is one of only two oversized spaces located steps from the door. A limited number of unassigned spaces are also available in the gated area on a first come basis.

If you like to watch TV there are three High Definition TVs with a large number of high definition channels, one in the living room and one in each bedroom.

For those evenings you don't wish to eat out you can cook at home in the fully equipped kitchen.

Your privacy is ensured as the bedrooms and ensuite laundry are located at one end of the condo and the living area is located at the other end. There are two master bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath with granite counter tops. One bedroom has a king bed, two night tables with lamps, double dresser and luggage rack. The second bedroom has one queen bed, two twin beds, night table with lamp, dresser with lamp, a large soaking tub and luggage rack.

A two-piece bathroom with granite counter top is located near the foyer.

Blankets, comforters, mattress protectors and kitchen linen are provided. Guests must bring their own bed sheets and towels. Alternatively linens may be rented from a local linen and equipment supply company who will deliver your order to inside our unit.

Our building is a family-oriented condominium and we only rent to family groups.

  This place was amazing – easily the most spacious and well outfitted rental we've stayed at in Virginia Beach. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils, the furniture was super comfortable, and all the beds had memory foam or something similar. The convenience of washer and dryer was another thing that set this place apart. We were within one or two blocks distance of the best restaurants, shopping, and night clubs. Having a street view balcony on one end and an ocean-view balcony on the other end was so cool.
  
  Communication with the owner Margie was prompt, and also despite prior concerns the manager Wayne was able to shuffle spaces to fit our F-350 truck into one of the parking spaces. The access doors had number pads so it was nice to be able to enter a number into it the whole week rather than to carry around a key card everywhere.
  
  Totally would stay here again!!

  The weather was less than desirable during our stay but the location and view made up for it. The only real negative during our stay was a clanging noise coming from the roof area when the wind was up. But Margie (rental agent) was going to look into that.

  We had a great week. The Kamla was perfect. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked which we needed with COVID and my mother or almost 80 years old. We did a lot of cooking at the place. The view was great and mom could go out on the balcony to see us on the beach since it was way too hot for her to go on the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to other.
