Nicely furnished oceanfront condo includes: living room with oceanfront balcony, new furniture with queen sleep sofa, 40' flat screen TV with DVD player. Dining area, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, master bedroom with king size bed, balcony overlooking the inlet, 32' flat screen TV and adjoining full bath. Second bedroom with 2 double beds and 32' flat screen TV. Third bedroom with king size bed, 32' flat screen TV and balcony overlooking the inlet. Second full bath is near the third bedroom. Sleeps 6.

Condo Amenities: Indoor heated swimming pool, fitness room, coin-operated washer and dryer facility on same floor, elevator, 24-hour security, showers in pool area, private parking garage

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

  Absolutely loved this condo. It was everything I wanted for our stay. Our granddaughter wanted boardwalk with a balcony and that it was. It was at the end of the boardwalk so it was quiet and didn't have so many people but yet you still felt in the center of things and could walk to all of the shops and restaurants as well as the pier. Our front had the perfect beach/ocean view and the back had a beautiful view of the marina and you could watch the boats coming and going. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, the kitchen had more cooking items than any condo we have ever stayed in. Although there wasn't a washer and dryer in the unit, every floor has a coin operated washer and dryer. There was a pool but it was indoors, It could be uncovered but they
  don't open it up anymore for some reason
  but it's still a very nice pool. The unit was also very clean.

  Our stay was okay. We had a problem with ants on the balcony and inside.
  The extra refrigerator was a very nice amenity. The mattress in the master could use an upgrade. The laundry room was creepy - one flickering light bulb. We opted to not use it. The staff was nice and answered our questions.

  from very beginning contact was clear and information as stated. margie was very easy to get in touch with. there were a few minor issues butnothing to decrease rating as we were realistic. perfect area on the boardwalk. quiet yet close to everything. other than groceries there was plenty to do and all walkable. was amazing to watch dolphins nearly every day.we were a family of 8 with 4 adults and 4 teens and the space was very comfortable. the only negatives were 2 key fobs not enough for party of 8, pool was closed most of vacay. rudee inlet had many adventures could do and could walk from property to area. jet skiing kayaks and parasailing . (many more options as well) we were all very happy and satisfied.property was very well described.

  Exactly what we needed. Well equipped, clean. Great balcony which can sit 6-7 people. Close to surfer-only portion of beach. An improvement for overall experience would be to be able to pick up et drop keys on-site. Very friendly/helpful staff at Berkshire, efficient communication.

  Great condo in a great location. We enjoyed sunrises on the balcony and “people watched” after the sun set. It’s within walking distance to restaurants/bars. We’ll worth the money! We unfortunately won’t be able to come back since the family continues to grow. 3 bed/2 baths were more than adequate for us. Kitchen was a little small since we all wanted in there at once. Overall, we had a fabulous stay.

  Working with Margie and her staff at Berkshire Hathaway was a very easy and good experience the condo was in need of some repairs and upkeep but overall worked good for our vacation needs and location at the south end so more quiet.
