  This property was pleasant.Clean. location was good we were concerned being on the 2nd floor,but was happy. Would recommend a safety chain on the door.know it is an investment,but table and chairs on the patio was too high to enjoy would recommend regular patio chair and table. over all would stay again.   We Loved the condo ... clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, great location!!! Only negative was that the pool area's retractable roof was not working and was uncomfortable temperature wise!! Too much and warm!!! I give all 5's except for the pool issue!!!

  The property and condo was beautiful. Loved being right on the beach. Everyone was very friendly. Quick response from the property management company when we ran into a plumbing problem. The only reason we would not return or recommend this property is because we did not like the homeless coming up to us while we were walking on the boardwalk and having them shower right outside the condo building.

  The location of this condo was outstanding! It was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It is close to several restaurants, and just a short drive to various grocery stores. There are many activities and things to do within walking distance. The Adventure Park and aquarium are about a five minute drive. The kids enjoyed skateboarding on the boardwalk. Security staff were friendly, outgoing, and helpful. And it was so nice to have an assigned, off-street, covered parking spot. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

  Condo is right on the beach, a beautiful view. All items were as described. The unit does have a dvd player. The elevator was very handy,even though one one was in service the whole week. Easily able to walk to many restaurants. We would stay here again.
