Newly remodeled 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo located on the Boardwalk in the resort area of Virginia Beach! Water views from every window! Extra large oceanfront balcony along with 2 balconies off of the bedrooms! Updates include the fully equipped kitchen, extra large master bathroom, hall bathroom and flooring.

Enjoy the indoor heated pool, fitness room, newly remodeled lobby and Wi-Fi throughout the whole building. 24 hour security, gym, locked area for bikes, coin operated laundry facility on each floor except for the 1st floor.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. We furnish the comforters/bed spreads, mattress pads, pillows and blankets. You can rent bed linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels from a local company or you are welcome to bring your own.

It was a great week right on the boardwalk with perfect weather 6 of the 7 days. The unit was well equipped with a/c in each room and very spacious bedrooms for all. Really really appreciate everything Margie did for us to ensure our stay was enjoyable and well informed along the way.

We stayed here with eight people and there was plenty of room but the kitchen is extremely small. No where to unpack any pantry items. Excellent location on the boardwalk. Indoor pool is a great feature in case of rain.

Had a nice getaway from the cold weather. Facility was very nice - enjoyed the heated indoor pool. Enjoyed watching the dolphins and surfers every day. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Everything went overall well! Location of the unit is amazing. Short walk to everything. Pool was closed due to renovations but opened midway through the week. Water was cold and never heated to proper temp. Security deposit was returned very quickly after stay. Margie was very helpful and communicated well.

Horrible! #507 not conducive for small children in that Sliding glass doors did not lock properly if at all no chaim on front door. Woke up to roaches running across floor one bed broken dining room chair broken patio chair broke while sitting in it. Unit needs a good thorough maintenance check

The key and lock system did not work smoothly at all. Other than that the condo was a great location and worked well for our vacation.
