Living room; Florida Room and dining area combination and private adjoining deck with outside shower. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, counter top microwave and stackable washer/dryer. Master bedroom with king bed with Tempurpedic mattress and full bath. Second bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bath.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

Amenities include: Charcoal grill, central air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Parking for 2 cars. TV's in living room and both bedrooms.

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFF SEASON FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY FOR A MONTHLY RATE DEPENDING ON LEASE TERM!!!

  This a great rental on the north end of VA beach. The rental was very spacious and in good repair. The beach was super close and it was a very short drive to restaurants and stores. The beach itself was massive and spacious, it was so empty we were a quarter mile away form the nearest person most of the time.
  
  I did have some trouble contacting the rental agency about check in procedures but it worked out in the end. Also, the property could use an address sign to make it easy to find. And backing out of the driveway is not advisable as the street is quite busy.

  We love the North End quiet location that offers privacy and beautiful beach views, often visited by friendly and playful dolphins that enjoy entertaining - it is a great experience! About this rental specifically we like how the condo is spacious, well furnished with style, and has an outdoor shower. Going for a bike ride is one of our favorite beach vacation activities.
