Extending from the 1st level is a large deck and private backyard. Amenities include: microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, central air, cable TV, telephone, stone gas fireplace, gas grill and private outside shower with hot and cold water. Master bedroom: king, Bedroom 2: king, Bedroom 3: twin plus set of bunk beds (2 twins), Bedroom 4: 2 doubles. Parking: 4 cars plus garage. Square footage: approximately 2,500.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

  The check in experience was quick and easy. The home is located in a beautiful area with easy access to a beautiful beach. The property was as described and was immaculately clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 10. The 3.5 washrooms and the outdoor shower were perfect. The kitchen had everything that we needed including bar stools and a dining table for 8. A nice living room opened onto a very large front balcony that was used all the time. There were beach umbrellas and beach chairs in the garage and some beach toys. A wonderful experience!!

  As a family, we had a wonderful time. The home was laid out well for our family with a roomy kitchen, nice assortment of cookware, and seating for ten. It was an easy walk to the beach. The beds on the bottom level are standard not queen and the king bed in the master needed a new mattress or foam replacement. Outdoor furniture was great and comfortable seating upstairs.

  This house was in an ideal location. A minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants and grocery stores and in a quiet friendly neighborhood. The view from the top floor balcony was delightful and always seemed to have a nice breeze. The property managers were the best I had every worked with friendly and attentive if any problems arose so the week was carefree. We had a relaxing stress free vacation.

  Everything is set up and ready to go. Had no problem starting picking up the keys till checking out. Loved the location and neighborhood. A hot shower in the back yard was a hit with the kids, so no sand in the house after the beach. And worked perfectly for us even with two kids having online school and both adults working from home, everyone found a quite place.
