This delightful 3-story contemporary home is just 1 block from the beach. Living room with large balcony, dining room and fully equipped eat-in kitchen. All bedrooms have adjoining bath, master bath with garden jacuzzi tub. Two of the bedrooms are adjoining. Exit into the back yard to a large deck with landscaped gardens.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

This is a non-smoking and no pets home.

Process was easy, Home showed typical wear of a beach rental but was very accommodating and nice. Check in/out was seamless and you just can’t beat the location. All amenities worked as expected, access to the garage was a bonus and the outdoor shower made all the difference.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home on Croatan Beach! This is nestled in the perfect beach community right outside of the Virginia Beach resort area, approximately 5 minutes to the boardwalk and Rudee’s Inlet. Super quiet neighborhood and the beach is perfect with minimal crowds. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

First time renting from a realty company. Prefer renting from an individual's property instead. Was disappointed that the small simple amenities were missing to make the stay more comfortable. Could have used some toilet paper, soap and a place for hand towels in bathrooms to start. Plenty of seating in the living room, however one of the couches needed either new springs or to be replaced completely. Very difficult to get out of. Loved the big open spacious rooms along with ceiling fans.

We really liked the 3 story house and the short walk to the beach. The 3rd floor kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The deck on the 3rd floor offered some views of the ocean and we had shade there in the afternoon. The beds were comfortable as were the large bedrooms. Our extended family of 9 had plenty of room to space out both outside and inside. The yard of rocks and mulch entertained our young boys for hours. The outside shower was perfect for washing off after the beach.
