Located between 21st and 22nd streets, this condo offers ocean views and side door access from the private, covered parking garage to the boardwalk and beach.

Revel in the ocean and boardwalk views from the beach-side balcony. Relax at the end of the day in the living room with a 55" TCL LED Smart TV with Netflix access. Savor your meals while watching the ocean in the dining area with comfortable seating for 6. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has a breakfast bar if additional seating is needed.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements include: a master bedroom with a king bed, balcony and newly updated bath with walk-in shower; and a second bedroom with twin bunk beds and queen bed, plus its own recently updated full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV.

Amenities: FREE Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stackable washer and dryer, central air and cable TV. Security gate with free private, covered parking garage. Side door access from private, covered parking garage to the boardwalk and beach. Each unit has one assigned parking space, and there are vehicle size restrictions for the lot.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included; however, they can be rented through a local company. No pets and no smoking/vaping allowed.

  Great place and also great communication from the property manager. She even check in with us during our stay to see if there was anything we needed. There was nothing to need, place had everything from dish soap and hand soap in all the bathrooms and even dish washer and laundry detergent. We packed it all and didn’t even need. Awesome location.   Great family vacation! The unit was very well maintained and very comfortable for the 5 of us. We were pleased with the security gate and doors restricting access to the building. Linen service worked well and was easier than packing everything. The location is very convenient. Beach was steps away and it was a short walk to our favorite restaurant, Waterman's. Margie and her team at Berkshire Hathaway were fantastic. Any questions were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

  The condo was absolutely beautiful! It has recently been remodeled. Everything was so clean and new. It was in a great spot on the boardwalk. Marge Chapman the owner was so easy to work with. Parking was provided at the condo. Easy to get the keys and gate opener on arrival. The only draw back was it was very noisy late at night on the weekends. I would stay there again.

  This place was great! It was ready when we got there, a great location, back balcony was overlooking the beach and ocean and the front balcony was overlooking the street with entertainment.   Perfect location- right in the hustle and bustle of VA beach along with the serenity of being oceanfront and all the excitement of Atlantic Ave. Easy to walk to restaurants and it is a gorgeous condo. Fully equip with all you need for a perfect stay. The prop management company was great to work with- would 100 percent stay here again. For this unit the parking was in a covered part of the lot with easy access to the elevator which was nice if it rained. Also is directly off the elevator when you get to your floor so made it easy to move in and out.

  Even before we left, we were discussing when we can return!
  
  Kitchen and living room were recently updated and have a great view looking over the ocean. An awkwardly long hallway takes you to the two bedrooms, master bedroom with a balcony over looking the street. Definitely a decent amount of noise from the street during the day in the master bedroom, but it quiets down at night and is never anything that bothered us for sleeping. So many restaurants and activities in walking distance!
  Beach was great, and having the shower right outside the building was super convenient to help keep sand outside.
  Zero concerns, would 100% return!

  For all we were extremely pleased with our stay in Virginia Beach. Our condo was as advertised directly on the beach and secured by coded doors. Condo itself was huge for a two bedroom which gave us plenty of room to spread out. Only complaint would be the noise from the street, and obviously can’t be helped because of the location, just wish I would’ve known ahead of time so I could take plugs. Overall as I said extremely pleasurable experience and will definitely book again.

  Great location in the heart of Virginia Beach oceanfront and boardwalk. Walk to everything! Restaurants, shopping, Neptune statue, bike rentals and of course the beach. See your beach chair from your balcony. Very secure with gated entry and locked property doors. Covered parking kept our car out of the sun. The property manager was very attentive to our requests and we really enjoyed working with her and her team.
  Kitchen is gorgeous and updated - all new appliances and stocked with all the dishes and utensils needed for a large crowd. Dining room table can fit 8 or more. Plus peninsula with more seating. Bathrooms were functional but not updated.
  Back bedroom hears the street noise- but we were here on a holiday week with a lot happening. You’ll be in the front most of the time overlooking the gorgeous views of the beach and boardwalk from the balcony anyway.
  We visited during Covid social distancing. Any building employee we met wore a mask. We felt that our rooms were very clean and sanitized before we arrived. People kept a good distance on the beach. Not all restaurants followed cdc rules. Some stores required a mask to enter.
  The beds were comfortable and there are TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Petite washer and dryer, vacuum, iron and board available and there was good closet space available for beach gear.
  We really loved staying here and would visit again!
