Beautifully remodeled with brand new furnishings and modern amenities, guests are guaranteed to love this contemporary, oceanfront vacation rental.

Bed sizes: Master Bedroom - King Bed, 2nd Bedroom - Bunk Bed (Twin at top and Twin at bottom), Queen Bed, Living Room - Queen Sleep Sofa.

Amenities include: entry security gate, direct access to boardwalk, Wi-Fi, stack-able washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

  WOW, what a great location, very easy access, very secure building. We received two FOB’s for beach and elevator entry, also two gate openers. Centrally located, within walking of many restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless, nice balcony to have breakfast and watch the dolphins. Very nice master bathroom. We will definitely book this place again. Margie was very helpful with our reservation. Parking is tight, but we managed with a Honda Pilot.

  WE had a great time at the rental. It is located almost in the middle of the boardwalk. We walked just about everywhere. There is a grocery store about 4 blocks away. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to wake and look out the door and see the ocean.

  This condo is in the middle Of the action! It is a very easy walk to the beach, several stores, and yummy food. Beautiful ocean view from both living room and master bedroom. Comfortable place. Only negative is difficult parking for larger vehicles. Gated lot is safe, but parking spaces are small. There is not a pool.

  We thoroughly enjoyed a week-long stay at this clean, updated, comfortable and conveniently located condo. You're a short walk away from Tautog's and Kohr Bros, two of the best dining highlights of VaB.
  The master king and guest queen beds are comfortable. The balcony is roomy and nicely furnished and overlooks the Atlantic surf in all its glory. Considerations to be aware of: you have to provide your own towels, linens and toilet paper; the guest room includes bunk beds in addition to the queen; the master bath has a jacuzzi tub; the master toilet does not always flush effectively, and parking can be a challenge because of the narrow lot.

  The condo is in a great location, and is nicely equipped with all we needed for the week. The balcony and view is just perfect - Enjoy the sunrise, your coffee, a drink, or just people watching. Parking is tight however, we had a mid-size SUV and had no issues. We would suggest that you pull into the space, which will make it easier for you to back out.
  
  We had a wonderful stay! The weather was beautiful as was the condo. We enjoyed the beach, boardwalk and many of the local attractions including the aquarium, dolphin boat tour, Bush Gardens and the outlets on the one rainy day.

  From start to finish, this process was smooth. We booked 10 months in advance to ensure we had a good spot to a place we had never vacationed at before. We arrived in VA Beach around 4pm on a Saturday, picked up our keys after texting the number provided and received a phone call with one of the weekend people who walked us through the whole packet contents. When we arrived at the condo, we were greeted with a full window view of the beach. The condo was quite inside. There is a nice patio where you can sit and enjoy various parts of your day. I highly recommend this condo to whoever is looking to have a great place to stay.

  We were traveling with 3 adults and a 9 month old and this spot was perfect! It was close to multiple restaurants, very easy access to the beach and boardwalk, and felt like a home. It is a short drive to the aquarium, which was a hit with all who went. It was nice to be able to walk and bring back food instead of going out to all of the restaurants. There was a list of restaurants and stores around if we needed anything as well. If we plan on coming back to the area, we will 100% be checking to see if this condo is available!

  Parking very convenient. Virtually steps to elevator and steps to room. I was parked right outside the door which was so close to main path to side exit I got a scratch on my truck most likely from someone’s beach chair going to beach.
  Spaces were tight but acceptable. Rooms were very nice. Kitchen had everything needed to cook(pans, bowls, utensils). We did not have hot water at the kitchen kitchen sink which was odd but maybe done by design. The place was very easy to clean.
