Bed sizes: Master bedroom - King; 2nd bedroom - 1 Twin and 1 Queen Bed; Living Room - Queen Sleep Sofa

Amenities include: entry security gate, direct access to boardwalk, Wi-Fi, stackable washer/dryer, telephone and master bath with standard size jacuzzi tub.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

  We visited 7/15/23 for 2 weeks. Getting the keys and check in was simple, had an issue with door lock, someone came right away and got it fixed. Beautiful view from a HUGE balcony, we definitely had a great time! The linens service was great! Checking out simple, very few items to do before leaving.

  We have stayed at a Kamla condo six times now. The best parts are of course, the view! It’s in the perfect location, it’s steps to the beach and has all the comforts of home. It’s always clean. Margie is always on top of any issue that may pop up.

  The view was amazing. We only had one day of rain but a lot to see and do. The bed was comfortable. The canoe coffe table was beautiful. The cleanliness definitely needs to be bumped up a few notches. I had to clean before we unpacked anything. We had clean out a jammed pack sweeper. I was on vacation not there to clean but there was no way I could leave it dirty for next guests. We sure didn’t make the mess but did clean it up the best we could with the limited supplies. Other then cleanliness , we did enjoy our stay and the beautiful view n sound of the ocean from our room. I’m impressed with the beach being so clean. Shops and restaurants were close.

  This rental was perfect for our stay. The unit is clean and well appointed. The location is awesome and its just steps to the beach. As others have said yhe front bedroom is noisy at night but we brought a loud fan which drown out most of the noise. It appeared there is a bit of a homeless problem in Virginia Beach. There were several homeless folks camped out just outside the building all day/night every day. This is public property/beach access so no fault of the owners. We did deal with a few "colorful" comments on our walks down to the actually surprised that the town doesn't do more to address the issue. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend this rental.

  Margie Chapman and the BH staff are wonderful. The unit's MB drapes wouldn't close, and Margie offered to come by on a Sunday to help fix the problem. We were able to handle it, but appreciated the attention.

  The unit was nice and clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. We loved the large balcony! While the location is great because you can easily walk to restaurants and attractions, it is right across the street from a number of bars and they are VERY loud until 2am on weekend nights. The management company was easy to work with, but we probably would not rent in this building again based on the proximity to the bars.

  The condo we stayed at was absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils and cooking supplies and the unit was spacious for all of us. We loved sitting out on the huge balcony. The location was perfect it was close to restaurants, shopping, and steps from the beach. The agency was great as well handled all questions and easy check in. The only thing I would say is the pull out sofa was extremely thin and you could feel the springs. My brother ended up sleeping on the couch because the pull out mattress was uncomfortable. Other then that we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.
