This 3-story contemporary townhouse style condo is across the street from the ocean on Atlantic Avenue at the south end of the resort area. Walk to Rudee Inlet for deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet skiing or just fishing from the shore.

Floor Plan:

1st floor - In-law suite with trundle bed and full bath.

**NOTE: Need to use Exterior Staircase to access 2nd floor.**

2nd floor - Living Room with adjoining balcony and dining room; public half bath; fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher and counter top microwave; public half bath.

3rd floor - Master bedroom with King bed and full bath with jacuzzi, 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds and full bath; balcony between bedrooms; utility closet with full size washer and dryer.

Amenities: Local telephone, outside shower with cold water located in carport, 2nd & 3rd floor balconies, full size washer and dryer, TVs in all 3 bedrooms

Parking: Covered carport - 2 spaces. NO EXTRA PARKING PROVIDED.

Tenant must bring linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels or rent them from a local company.

THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE IN THE OFF SEASON FROM SEPTEMBER TO MAY FOR A MONTHLY RATE DEPENDING ON LEASE TERM!!!

  This is the 4th time my family has stayed at this condo. The location is great! Directly across the street from public beach access. Close to all the nicer restaurants: Watermans, Chix , Rockefellers, and Rudee's Inlet. The Inlet is only a block away, so puts you close to watersports, parasailing, charter fishing, dolphin watching etc. The trolley dropoff is within 50 yards of the condo, so you can catch a trolley to "the strip", VIBE District, aquarium, mall and restaurants on Lakeshore. We love that it is on the south end, so it's much quieter than being in the middle of the "strip". The condo is well maintained, and the kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need! Margie (property manager) is amazing!! We love this rental and will be back again!

  Not much more one could ask for given the money. Theme was definitely from the '80s. But it was still generally functional. Location was excellent. It's on the end of a string of shops and beach. Relatively easy to get anywhere with ease. Off street parking was convenient. Our agent and associates were great with communication and addressing our concerns. Being xnavy, I loved seeing and hearing the jets. But USN respected sleep hours for the most part. Kids got to the beach at a whim while the old people relaxed.
  For the money this is the place. Only mild issue was the street lights at night and mattresses could use updating. But as a rental goes they were almost comfortable.

  My family really enjoyed our stay. The property is located in a perfect spot a short walk to the beach, entertainment and restaurants. Family friendly. The kitchen is large and well supplied. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms worked well. The condo is a little dated but comfortable and maintained well. We enjoyed looking at the ocean from the balcony before walking over to the beach daily. We loved the restaurants nearby where we enjoyed the dinner out. The shower outside was a huge help washing the sand off after the beach. Thank you!

  This place was clean and in a perfect location. You could walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was equipped with everything you needed. The outdoor shower was perfect after the beach and lots of bathrooms was great. Parking was great and our kids had a great time.

  This was the second time I have stayed at this unit. We tracked with two other couples and all thought it was a great location and value. The is a huge amount of space, kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need. There is an ocean view from the balcony. We love how close it is to Rudee’s Inlet and nicer dining options. Margie is always so sweet and helpful! We will defiantly be coming back!

  Overall was a good stay. The furnitures and other amenities were very good. I would have preferred no carpet at all cause you got to have a crew cleaning it often, I would say for every new tenant. It was vacuumed and didn’t smell so I guess it was okay. Washer and dryer weren’t cleaned well. I found lots of sand in the dryer and accumulated dirt on washer door. Also there was a spider web on the main porch When you in the unit that the cleaning crew has forgotten to clean. The location was convenient and 5 min walk to the beach and very private.
