Oceanside, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, light, airy and spacious 1st floor condo just steps from the beach with no main streets to cross. Restaurant and lounge just a short stroll down the beach. Only minutes from the Boardwalk and resort area. Located on 61st Street in a quiet residential area at the North End of Virginia Beach. For larger families, the duplex adjacent to this property is available.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company. No pets and no smoking allowed.

  The house/condo is spacious, plenty of room for two families with kids. The location is fantastic-- a short walk to a quiet and wide beach, and a convenient drive to shops and restaurants. Furniture is a bit dated and could use an upgrade, wall-to-wall carpeting looks a bit tired; but everything was functional. Check-in/check-out process could be simplified with a lockbox on the door, instead of driving to the office to retrieve/drop-off the keys. The manager was helpful and responsive throughout the stay.

  With the exception of returning the key (had a hard time finding the drop box), our experience was delightful. This units is on the beach side of the road so getting to and from the beach was easy. The unit was clean and well stocked with dishes, cookware, and small appliances.

  The location was perfect, easy access to the beach and love that the unit is all on one floor. This place needs a good deep cleaning and decluttering. There are so many things in the kitchen there is no place to store your food! It appears furniture has been collected over the years and some of that needs to be removed as well to make room to walk. Beds were comfortable. Road noise from Atlantic Ave was loud, luckily we had sound machines to drown it out. Would add them to the amenities. Parking was great!

  This property was a perfect place for our vacation. Great location overall. Close to town for shopping and supply runs. The boardwalk was minutes away. We walked to the large pristine beach in 90 seconds. The Condo was spacious, clean and very well appointed. The Verbo photos accurately reflect this property. The Berkshire Hathaway representatives were very helpfull, responsive and accommodating. Overall a wonderful experience and we will return.

  House was great, 5 houses from the beach, very convenient for the kids and back and forth to the beach. It's on the north end of the Island, so parking wasn't an issue. House had everything we needed and we had a blast.

  This is our second year renting this unit and were just as pleased this year as we were last year. We were happy with the new furniture in the unit. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and unit clean. We had the privilege of meeting the owner while there. He was very friendly and helpful. Few minor concerns during rental but a quick text or call to Margie and issues were resolved quickly. House roomy enough for 9 guests ages 5 to 60. Beach just a short walk away across a quiet street. Continue to love the outside shower with hot water. Would definitely book again. Despite COVID 19 we were able to relax and have a great time as a family in this unit. The 1 thing that would be great is if a few of the units in the area went together to have a community pool if this would ever be possible.
